I started practicing karate at the age of 8 and have proudly represented Iran in national and international competitions for over two decades. Being part of the national karate team has been an incredible journey that has shaped my dedication to the sport. Alongside my athletic pursuits, I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Applied Health Sciences at the University of Manitoba, balancing my passion for karate with academic growth.
